Common questions

Does Compressa upload my photos?

No. Compressa processes photos entirely on your device. Images never leave your phone unless you choose to share or save them yourself.

Is Compressa free?

Yes. Compressa is free to download and use on Android.

Do I need an account?

No. Compressa has no sign-up, login, or account system. Open the app, pick a photo, and compress.

Is it available on iPhone?

Compressa is on Google Play for Android now. An iOS version is planned for later.

Does Compressa collect analytics?

If you opt in, Compressa may use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for basic app usage, crash reports, and diagnostics. Photos are never collected. You can disable analytics in Settings. See our privacy policy for details.
